A student may withdraw from the University in the first or second semester and be reimbursed fully or partially for the fees and the tuition he/she has paid in the following cases: 1.Before the start of the academic year, a student is reimbursed in full (100%) for the tuition fees he/she has paid. 2.Within a three-day period of the announcement of students admitted to Parallel Learning, a student is reimbursed in full (100%) for the fees and tuition he/she has paid, but after presenting an official document proving that he/she has been admitted to a state university in the major he has been admitted for at Kalamoon University. 3. During the add/drop course period. 4.During the 1st week of the academic year, (or the 1st week of registration, if the student signed up as a freshman after the start of the academic year, or during first week of the add/drop course period for seniors) in which case a student is entitled to only 75% reimbursement of the total fees and tuition he/she has paid. 5.During the 2nd week of the academic year, (or the 2nd week of registration, if the student has signed up as a freshman after the start of the academic year, or during the second week of the add/drop course period for seniors) in which case a student is entitled to only 50% reimbursement of the total fees and tuition he/she has paid. 6.During the 3rd week of the academic year, (or the 3rd week of registration, if the student signed up as a freshman after the start of the academic year, or during the third week of the add/drop course period for seniors), in which case a student is entitled to only 25% reimbursement of the total fees and tuition he/she has paid. 7.No student is reimbursed for fees or tuition after the lapse of the period specified above.
