A reduction of 25% on tuition fees is granted to children of full-time teaching staff at the University for the minimum period of completing the study for the first university degree throughout the years of their full-time employment. - A reduction of 10% on tuition fees is granted to sibling students for the minimum period of completing the undergraduate study. - Tuition fees are conceded throughout the minimum period required for completing the undergraduate study period, in respect of the children of shareholders of the shareholding Company that owns the University of Kalamoon. The reduction rate is 2% of founders' share out of the Company's capital sum.

-A maximum of five grants are offered on annual basis to the Ministry of Higher Education per each hundred students accepted at the University. The endowments granted include exemption from tuition fees and charges throughout the minimum period for completion of undergraduate academic study, in condition that beneficiaries meet the University admission requirements.
- Each of the students ranking first in Syria in the Secondary School Certificate (literary and scientific majors), as well as top students holding a Vocational Secondary School Certificate shall be eligible to a full scholarship with complete exemption from tuition fees and charges at the University throughout the minimum years required to complete their undergraduate university study.
- The student ranking second in Syria, scientific major, is entitled to a full scholarship with a total exemption of tuition fees and charges throughout the minimum period of study required to complete his/her undergraduate study programme.
- The Board of Trustees of UoK, on a proposal by the University Board, allocates at most three full scholarships on annual basis for other types of merited achievements, including sports, cultural or social activities.
