Graduate Studies

Realizing the importance of scientific research and postgraduate studies, University of Kalamoon has taken the initiative to create a pivotal event that prepares a feasibility study of possible scientific research topics and its material and human needs. The university has submitted requests to the Ministry of Higher Education to create master’s degrees in postgraduate studies and is awaiting a decision on the matter. The areas of the initial proposals are centered on the following:

Medical Sciences: (Cardiology, Biotechnology, Nutritional Health, Infectious Diseases, Diabetes, Food Environment)

Engineering: (Software Engineering, Communication and Information Technology, Computer and Real-Time Systems Engineering, Automation and Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Modern Telecommunications, Microtechnology)

Applied Sciences: (Solid State Physics, Composite Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Modeling and Simulation).

Management and business: (Management Information Systems, Management Technology, Marketing, Banking Management, Hotel and Tourism Management).

Diplomacy and International Relations.

The success of Kalamoon Private University in its endeavor to create a postgraduate stage and localize scientific research in a number of areas will create a dynamic that will constantly push the university on the path of progress and advancement, as well as bring it into a network of interaction and cooperation with a number of local and international universities and scientific research centers.

On the other hand, the university has sent a group of students on scientific missions outside Qatar to pursue their postgraduate studies and qualify them as teachers at the university.
