Goals and Objectives
First Goal:
To establish the university as a distinguished scientific center capable of graduating students equipped with the required competencies and able to compete in the job market.
Objectives:
1.1 Attracting highly qualified academic staff.
1.2 Providing an academic environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
1.3 Enhance the performance of the university’s teaching staff.
1.4 Developing academic plans and programs that keep pace with scientific advancements and ensure competitiveness in the job market.
1.5 Introducing new educational programs aligned with future job market demands.
1.6 Expanding scientific cooperation, activating academic agreements, and strengthening partnerships and twinning with regional and international universities.
1.7 Committing to educational quality assurance systems and preparing the faculties for academic accreditation.
1.8 Adopting blended education as a step toward expanding distance learning.
1.9 Marketing the university’s outputs.

Second Goal:
Promoting scientific research to support the educational process, meet societal needs, and fulfill sustainable development requirements.
Objectives:
2.1 Strengthening scientific research by securing its fundamental requirements.
2.2 Defining research priorities and focusing on areas that support reconstruction phase.
2.3 Motivating faculty members and enhancing their capabilities in the fields of doing studies, research, and scientific publishing.
2.4 Developing scientific research in collaboration with production institutions and supporting the establishment of business incubators.
2.5 Building and strengthening scientific relationships with local and international academic and research institutions.
2.6 Establishing technology incubators and business incubators in key fields to leverage scientific research outcomes and technological innovations, transforming them into successful projects.
2.7 Supporting the creation and development of Centers of Excellence in promising fields that elevate the university.

Third Goal:
Institutional excellence that ensures efficiency and effectiveness in performance.
Objectives:
3.1 Strengthening an administrative system based on policies and procedures that ensure integrated institutional work across all university components.
3.2 Pursue institutional accreditation.
3.3 Training and developing the administrative staff, implementing plans to improve work mechanisms.
3.4 Enhancing documentation processes to accumulate expertise for future utilization.

Strengthening the university’s role in development and community service.

4.1 Raising awareness about societal and environmental issues.
